Undergoing surgery is a daunting prospect. It can help to understand what’s going to happen on the day. Lots of resources are online but they can be difficult to find and it can be hard to know who to trust. That’s why we’ve collated online Patient Information Leaflets (PILs) published by trustworthy sources including NHS trusts, boards and national surgical societies. We’ve organised them here in one place so there’s one less thing you have to worry about before your surgery.
